Not much is known about Heb Nexa. Most see her as just a merchant of trinkets, but those who met her know that she's particularly good at acquiring odd and unconventional materials and items for her customers. Adding to that, she is also excellent at obtaining information about mostly anyone in town.

Heb wears a mask to conceal her right eye, which can see through things, even into another realms of reality. Leaving it uncovered, she would see too much of the interrealms for her to bear, so the mask was developed as a special eyepatch that manages to contain her ability and allows her to use it in a lesser form for practical things. This power is her little secret. She uses it to identify necromages in the black market through their disguises.

Old Friend

Fletcher is an old friend of Heb. They met when they both still lived in the Midlands and had been friends for a good while, but eventually lost contact because she went missing. Years later (and after the incident that made her need her mask) they met again in Redsky. There appears to be some unresolved issue between the two, but neither will ever speak of it.
