Syn Cornelius is regarded as one of the most sinister members of Redsky Necro staff. Nobody knows much about him except Margaret, who personally hired him. He's generally kind, just extremely shy and reserved. The students mostly like his classes, although his appearance can be a little uncanny to some. He always wears a variation of a black mage suit and a black hat, and always has his hair covering the right his face to hide scars from a terrible incident. He never talks about it to anyone.

A spherical obsidian orbitus with a fan of feathers coming out of each side, and a trail of black bone beads and shards spiraling above and under it. Its withdrawn form is a necklace, which he wears hidden amidst his neck feathers.

Margaret is currently Syn Cornelius' boss in Redsky Necro. They met when she was on a trip to the Stagnant Domain in the Warren Midlands and came across him in a bad state after having been recently turned into a Xiozelache. She managed to help him and reverse the effects of the curse almost entirely. In this time, Margaret also learned that he was highly skilled in the arts of necromagic vivifications, so she offered him a job at the college. He initially wasn't so sure it was a good idea due to his condition, but Margaret reassured him that from what she had seen of him, she could be certain that he was strong enough to keep it under control. And so, he took her offer and has since been teaching vivifications at Redsky Necro.
