Quazaren is another mage assistant at LuthenMag and they hang out sometimes to trash talk other people of the staff together. Kind of the only person he trusts to tell more personal stuff to. He's careful with what he tells her at times, though, because he knows she never forgets anything.

Skyler is a friend from Redsky who he met at a magician convention. They talk mostly through text messages, but he sometimes comes to Redsky for questionable magic-related business and they hang out at the gardens of Redsky Necro.

Zechary was once Mylos' assassination target for a contract, but after failing to break into his bunker unnoticed and putting up a fight, the gecko convinced him of assassinating his contractor instead. Since then, they often count on each other for various supplies, although they don't exactly get along too well most of the times.

Mylos met Kevyn when he studied at LuthenMag. Although Mylos was several levels ahead of Kevyn, they occasionally shared a magic lab, in which Mylos helped him with assignments he struggled with. But they weren't more than acquaintances back then, so when Kevyn dropped out of school, Mylos didn't even care or even notice for a while. However, later on, their paths crossed again when Mylos fell for one of Kevyn's illusiomancy scams. When he found out, he should've killed him then and there, but in an attempt to recover his losses, he ended up joining Kevyn in his quest. After that ordeal was done, he learned that a partnership with him could be useful at times. They mostly just tolerate each other when they occasionally collaborate.

Arcana met Mylos when he was a child, at his hometown. She was visiting for a while due to some deals she had with some shady folks, but the little street kid stole one of the payments she was supposed to receive. After having her henchmen chase him and capture him, she learned of his tragic story and decided to help. Although she couldn't save his mother from her illness, after she died, Arcana adopted Mylos and taught him magic. She also discovered that he was a hyalomancer. She then took her to her home in Luthenfold, where he then went to study at the magic school she worked at.

Mylos never got to see much of his dad because his job as a thief had him away most of the times, often for days. This risky job was also the cause of his early death, which left his son and his sickly wife alone to fend for themselves.

Vittoria was a kind and caring mother, but she fell to an illness early in Mylos' life, making her unable to do much. Mylos had to do his best as a little kitten to bring food for both of them since his father died. Mylos stayed by her side until her last breath.

Shard is a bit older than Mylos. She was a hatchling that didn't sell, so she got tossed around between owners until she ended up on LuthenMag. Mylos met her at some point and played with her, turning it into a habit after a while. Shard had never bonded to anyone (she didn't even have a name up until this point) but she liked Mylos. So she ended up being his.
